Once you have submitted this information and paid for the Nearly Vegan, Bristol Weight loss Diet 7 DAY MEAL PLAN you will receive an email within 24 hours which will include your Tailored, 7-day meal plan. There are a total of 18 plant-based recipes ( BUT some do contain EGGS) and 1 fish recipe, laid out as a plan for you to follow or, you can easily pick and choose which meals you want to eat and when.
