    After being told I had to wait a very long time for an appointment by the NHS, I decided to try and help myself in a more efficient way. I did a quick google and found Andy@preservation fitness. We had an informal assessment over WhatsApp but after speaking with Andrew it became clear that he has a substantial amount of knowledge when it comes to rehabilitation, and injury. So to cut a long story short andrew wrote me an hourly program to follow along at home. Using the FIT principles (frequency, intensity of the exercise and the time taken to complete the exercise he had me feeling stronger at the source of the problem than ever before and I can honestly say that with the hourly program I can physically feel myself getting stronger-and even less injured. Incredible is all I can say-and a massive thank you to Andy@preservation fitness for helping me beyond my dreams! I really recommend this product.
