A free assessment and PT taster session to give you a feel for working with me. This can either be at your home, my gym, or a green space.
For £20 a month you will get the chance to have your very own PT session Once monthly. We can train either here at the preservation fitness gym or at a location of your choosing. With this package, you get 2 bespoke programs to be used every other day throughout the month.
All of the above but with this package you also gain access to my "whole food diet" which has tasty, healthy recipes for you to use. When we complete an initial assessment, I will record all the figures I need to build a calorie specific diet plan for you to follow. This, combined with a tailored exercise program, will enable you to reach your specific goals.
